These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and establish general terms applicable to inquiries and services provided by Digital Design Creations.
By using this website, submitting a request, requesting a quote, or engaging Digital Design Creations for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable.
Project-specific proposals, quotes, invoices, contracts, or other written agreements may contain additional terms. If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms & Conditions, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.

However, descriptions, pricing examples, estimated timelines, availability, examples, and other website information may change without notice.
Information displayed on this website does not constitute a guaranteed offer or contract.
3. “Starting At” Pricing
Some services may display “Starting At” pricing.
Starting prices are intended to provide a general indication of the minimum price for certain services and are not guaranteed final prices.
The actual price of a project may depend on factors including:
- Project complexity
- Number of pages or designs
- Required functionality
- Quantity
- Materials
- Printing requirements
- Customization
- Photography requirements
- Number of revisions
- Third-party costs
- Licensing requirements
- Timeline
- Other project requirements
A final or more specific price will be provided through a quote, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement.
4. Requesting a Quote
Submitting a Request a Quote form does not obligate you to purchase services and does not obligate Digital Design Creations to accept the project.
Quotes may be based on the information provided by the client.
If the scope or requirements change after a quote has been provided, pricing and delivery schedules may also change.
Quotes may contain expiration dates or other project-specific conditions.
5. Project Scope
Before work begins, the project scope may be established through a quote, proposal, invoice, email, or other written agreement.
The project scope may identify:
- Services to be provided
- Deliverables
- Pricing
- Payment requirements
- Expected timeline
- Number of included revisions
- Client responsibilities
- Third-party costs
- Other project-specific requirements
Work requested outside of the agreed scope may require an additional fee and/or additional time.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information reasonably necessary to complete their project.
Depending on the project, this may include:
- Business information
- Logos
- Photographs
- Text and written content
- Product information
- Contact information
- Website credentials
- Domain or hosting information
- Printing specifications
- Required approvals
- Feedback
- Other project materials
Delays in receiving required materials, information, feedback, payment, or approvals may result in project delays.
7. Rights to Client-Provided Materials
By providing photographs, logos, text, artwork, trademarks, videos, music, graphics, or other materials to Digital Design Creations, the client represents that they own those materials or have permission to use them.
The client grants Digital Design Creations permission to use the materials as reasonably necessary to complete the requested project.
Digital Design Creations is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, licensing, or other claims resulting from materials supplied by a client without appropriate authorization.
8. Proofs, Reviews, and Client Approval
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing project proofs and drafts before final approval.
This includes checking:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Names
- Addresses
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Website addresses
- Dates
- Prices
- Colors
- Images
- Layout
- Sizes
- Product selections
- Other project information
Once the client approves a final design or proof, Digital Design Creations may rely upon that approval when producing, publishing, ordering, or delivering the final product.
Changes requested after final approval may result in additional fees, production costs, or delays.
9. Revisions
The number of revisions included with a project may vary depending on the service or package selected.
Revisions are intended to refine the agreed project concept and do not necessarily include complete redesigns or substantial changes to the original scope.
Major changes, additional concepts, or revisions beyond those included in the project may require additional fees.
Any applicable revision limits or charges may be identified in the project quote or proposal.
10. Payments
Payment requirements will be identified in the applicable quote, invoice, proposal, or other project agreement.
Depending on the project, Digital Design Creations may require:
- A deposit
- Partial payment
- Payment for materials
- Payment for third-party services
- Payment before production
- Final payment before delivery or transfer of completed work
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables may be withheld until required payments have been received.
Clients are responsible for approved third-party charges or expenses incurred specifically for their project.
11. Project Cancellation
Cancellation terms may depend on the type of project and the stage of completion.
If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the client may be responsible for:
- Work already completed
- Time already spent
- Materials already purchased
- Printing or manufacturing costs
- Non-refundable third-party expenses
- Other costs already incurred for the project
Custom products or services that have already entered production may not be cancellable.
Any project-specific cancellation terms stated in a quote, proposal, invoice, or agreement will control.
12. Inactive or Abandoned Projects
Projects require reasonable client participation.
If a client stops responding or fails to provide required information, feedback, approvals, or payment for an extended period, Digital Design Creations may place the project on hold.
A significantly delayed project may require a revised timeline or pricing before work resumes.
13. Custom Printed Products, Apparel, and Signs
Many printed items, signs, apparel items, promotional materials, and customized products are created specifically for an individual client.
Because these products are customized, approved custom products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the client changes their mind after production.
If an item contains a production error attributable to Digital Design Creations or one of our production providers, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
Minor variations may occur between digital proofs and finished products due to differences in:
- Computer and phone screens
- Printing equipment
- Materials
- Fabrics
- Inks
- Production methods
- Lighting
- Manufacturing tolerances
Exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon.
14. Websites and Digital Services
Website projects may involve third-party technology, including:
- Domain registrars
- Website hosting
- WordPress
- Themes
- Plugins
- Email services
- Security services
- Social media platforms
- Third-party software
- APIs
- Other online services
Digital Design Creations does not own or control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, compatibility, pricing, performance, or policies.
Clients may be responsible for ongoing costs associated with domains, hosting, premium plugins, subscriptions, email services, or other third-party products.
Unless ongoing website maintenance is specifically included in an agreement, completion of a website project does not automatically include unlimited future maintenance, updates, technical support, content changes, or repairs.
15. Third-Party Accounts and Services
When a project requires creation, configuration, or use of a third-party service, the client may be required to maintain their own account.
Third-party providers have their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, and service conditions.
Digital Design Creations is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
16. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Unless otherwise stated in writing, ownership of approved original final design work created specifically for a client may transfer to the client after all applicable project fees have been paid.
This transfer does not include ownership of:
- Unused concepts
- Rejected designs
- Preliminary drafts
- Internal working files
- Design methods
- Templates
- Software
- Fonts
- Stock photography
- Stock graphics
- Licensed assets
- Themes
- Plugins
- Third-party intellectual property
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights.
Source files, editable files, or working files are provided only when specifically included in the project scope or otherwise agreed upon.
17. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless confidentiality has been agreed to in writing, Digital Design Creations may display completed, publicly released work for reasonable portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes.
This may include identifying the client or business associated with the completed work.
Clients who require confidentiality should notify Digital Design Creations in writing.
